What happens if I delete an item that is on a roadmap?
backlog or strategy board removes it from your roadmaps too. Its card stops being
drawn, and its place in the plan goes with it.
Deleting is not the same as removing#

How do I take a card off the roadmap?
Deleting a parent#
backlog, not the roadmap. Check the product backlog to see what happened to the
children before assuming the roadmap is wrong.
Deleting an objective#
roadmap it was on. The work that sat in the lane stays on the roadmap without an
objective, so look for it in Independent items.
Before you delete#
place where the plan was recorded — the sequence, the theme, the time box.
If that matters:

A card for something that no longer exists#
you may be looking at a page loaded before the deletion. If it persists, remove
it from the board with the ✕ so the plan matches reality.
