Setup Guide#

Connecting takes just a few clicks.
1.
Get your API Key:
Log in to your Prodpad account.
Go to Profile Settings > API Keys.
Generate a new API Key and copy it.

Connect to Shorter Loop:
Open the Shorter Loop Integration Hub.
Select Prodpad.
Paste your API Key into the provided field.
Click Save Integration.
Success! You will immediately see a summary of how many ideas, companies, and contacts have been synced.

Frequently Asked Questions#

Q: Do I need to manually configure webhooks in Prodpad?
A: No. Shorter Loop automatically sets up the necessary webhooks for you when you save the integration.
Q: What happens if I disconnect?
A: We cleanly remove our access and delete the webhook from Prodpad to respect your data privacy. Your synced history in Shorter Loop remains safe.
Q: What if a Contact in Prodpad doesn't belong to a Company?
A: We've got you covered. If a Contact is "orphaned" (has no company) in Prodpad, we will associate them with your primary imported organization in Shorter Loop to ensure they are searchable and their feedback is tracked.
