Creating backlog, strategy, and portfolio items is something teams do every day — often in batches. Until now, that process came with unnecessary interruptions: create, close, reopen, repeat.

With Create Another X, that friction is gone. You can now create multiple items in one continuous flow, without closing the quick-view panel.

This applies across Shorter Loop's core structures:

Simply select Create another, and the panel stays open after each item is created — letting you move quickly while staying focused on the work at hand.

The result is fewer clicks, less context switching, and a smoother planning experience — whether you're shaping a roadmap, defining strategy, or organizing portfolio themes.
