How can I import existing feedback and invite users to the Feedback Portal?

Shorter Loop offers convenient ways to populate your Feedback Portal with existing data and to onboard new users.
Upload Feedback:
You can manually import feedback into Shorter Loop by uploading either a JSON or CSV file. This is ideal for migrating data from other systems or for bulk adding feedback.
Supported Fields for Import:
type: Specify if the item is an "Idea" or an "Issue".
title: The main title of the feedback item.
description: Detailed explanation of the feedback.
image: URL or path to an associated image.
category: The category the feedback belongs to (e.g., Bug, Features, UX).
tags: Keywords or labels for additional organization.
Import Tools:
Upload File: Click to select your prepared JSON or CSV file.
Download sample CSV: Get a template to structure your CSV data correctly.

Invite Users:
You can easily invite multiple end users to your Feedback Portal through email or by sharing a magic link.
1. Invite users via Email:
Enter one or more email addresses in the provided field.
Click the "Invite" button to send direct invitations.
2. Use magic link:
Magic link expiry: Set how long the invitation link remains valid (e.g., "2 days").
Copy invitation link: Generate and copy a unique link that users can use to sign up. This is useful for sharing in broader communications or on internal wikis.
