This is a one-way integration from Pendo Feedback to Shorter Loop designed to be as simple as possible.1. Data Mapping#

2. Simple Synchronization#
Gone are the days of manual imports.Initial Import: When you first connect, we fetch all your existing Features from Pendo Feedback.
Manual Refresh: Since Pendo Feedback doesn't support webhooks, simply disconnect and reconnect to pull in new features. Our smart duplicate detection ensures you won't create duplicates—existing features are updated, new ones are added.

Under API, find and copy your Auth Token.

A: We cleanly remove the connection details from Shorter Loop. Your imported data (Issues) remains in Shorter Loop so you don't lose your history. You can reconnect anytime using the same or a different Auth Token.Q: How do I get new features after the initial import?
