1. Do I need to manually set up webhooks in Productboard?#
No. Unlike many other tools, Shorter Loop automatically creates and manages the webhook for you when you save the integration. You don’t need to touch any technical settings in Productboard.2. What happens if I disconnect?#
We cleanly remove the connection details.
We tell Productboard to stop sending us updates by deleting the webhook.
3. If a user in Productboard doesn't belong to a company, where do they go?#
We ensure no data is left behind:If a user is “orphaned” in Productboard (no company assigned), we associate them with your primary imported organization in Shorter Loop.
This way, you can still track their feedback, link it to Ideas and Opportunities, and include them in your research and segmentation.
