Shorter Loop Integrations — Now Smarter, Safer, and Easier to Control

Recently, we introduced integrations across your product, engineering, support, and CRM tools — helping you bring feedback and execution closer together.
Since then, we’ve focused on what matters most after an integration goes live: reliability, control, and clarity.
Today’s update covers the improvements we’ve made to strengthen existing integrations — and introduces three new integrations that expand how feedback and execution flow into Shorter Loop.

This release strengthens how integrations behave in real production environments — especially as teams and data volumes grow.

Smarter Sync Behavior#

More predictable two-way updates between Shorter Loop and tools like Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Slack
Cleaner handling of status changes, updates, and linked records
Reduced noise by syncing only meaningful changes
Your tools stay aligned — without unnecessary churn.

Better Control for Admins & Teams#

Integrations should help, not surprise you. This release adds stronger guardrails and flexibility:
Clearer control over one-way vs two-way sync for some tools
Improved field-level mapping and visibility
Safer permission handling via APIs and webhooks
Easier enable/disable controls as workflows evolve
