The process begins when a company invites you to their Feedback Manager Portal of the Product. An administrator from their team will add your email address to their user list.
You will receive an email invitation to join the company's specific feedback portal. This email will contain a unique link to join and a direct URL to the portal, which you can bookmark for future access.
When you click the "Join feedback portal" button, you'll be taken to a page to complete your registration. If you already have an account with that email in the invited feedback portal, you can simply log in.If not, you'll create a new account. This same account will be used for all subsequent portal logins.
To access a specific company's feedback portal, simply navigate to the unique URL they provided (e.g., https://app.shorterloop.com/COMPANY_NAME).As long as you are logged into your Shorter Loop account, you will have access to the portal you've been invited to. You can be a member of portals for Company A, Company B, and Company C all at the same time with your one account, also in the product.
