  1. Feedback Manager

Can I be a member of multiple Feedback Manager portals with on email address?

Yes, absolutely. Your one email address can be associated with multiple feedback portals across different products and companies. You do not need to create separate accounts for each invitation you receive.
Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how it works:

Step 1: The Invitation#

The process begins when a company invites you to their Feedback Manager Portal of the Product. An administrator from their team will add your email address to their user list.

Step 2: Receiving the Email#

You will receive an email invitation to join the company's specific feedback portal. This email will contain a unique link to join and a direct URL to the portal, which you can bookmark for future access.

Step 3: Joining and Accessing the Portal#

When you click the "Join feedback portal" button, you'll be taken to a page to complete your registration. If you already have an account with that email in the invited feedback portal, you can simply log in.
If not, you'll create a new account. This same account will be used for all subsequent portal logins.

Accessing Multiple Portals#

To access a specific company's feedback portal, simply navigate to the unique URL they provided (e.g., https://app.shorterloop.com/COMPANY_NAME).
As long as you are logged into your Shorter Loop account, you will have access to the portal you've been invited to. You can be a member of portals for Company A, Company B, and Company C all at the same time with your one account, also in the product.

Important Notes on Portal Access
Unique Portal URLs: Each Feedback Manager portal has its own unique web address. You will receive this URL in your invitation email. We recommend bookmarking these links for easy access to each portal.
Custom Domains (CNAME): Portal administrators have the option to set up a custom domain for their portal (e.g., feedback.theircompany.com). If they have configured this, your invitation and bookmarked link will point to this custom URL instead of the default shorterloop.com address. You can learn more about this feature here.
