How to change your email address in Shorter Loop account settings?

While you cannot directly change your email address through the Shorter Loop interface, you can request an email change by contacting our support team. Here's the complete process for updating your account email.

Accessing Your Current Email Information#

Step 1: Navigate to Profile Settings#

To view your current email address, click on your profile picture at the top right of the navigation menu. This opens a dropdown menu with the "My Profile" option.

Step 2: Select Profile Settings#

Click on "My Profile" from the dropdown menu to access your profile settings page where you can view your current email address.

Step 3: Locate Email Section#

In the Profile Settings page, scroll down to find the Email section. Here you'll see your current email address displayed, but notice that it cannot be edited directly through the interface.
