Creating an Org Roadmap fundamentally changes how roadmaps work across your entire organization. It establishes a unified strategic timeline that becomes the primary roadmap for all products, ensuring alignment and coordination across your portfolio.

Org Roadmap Creation Process:#

Initial Setup:
Access Org Portfolio and navigate to the Org Roadmap tab
Click to create your first Org Roadmap
System displays an informational modal explaining how Org Roadmaps work
Define initial intervals and strategic timeline
Immediate System Changes:
Default Roadmap Override: Org Roadmap becomes the default active roadmap across ALL products
Universal Visibility: Org Roadmap appears in every product's roadmap tab
