Shorter Loop's roadmap feature now allows you to add the same work item (epic or feature) to multiple time intervals within a single roadmap. This enhancement gives you the flexibility to visualize work that spans across different time periods, making it easier to plan and track long-running initiatives.
When you add a work item from the artifacts panel to one interval, that work item remains available in the artifacts list and can be added to additional intervals as needed. This allows you to represent phased delivery or ongoing work across your timeline without creating duplicate work items.
When you attempt to add a work item that already exists in the same interval, you'll see a notification message:
"This item is already part of the selected interval."
This prevents accidental duplication and ensures clarity in your roadmap planning. However, you can freely add the same work item to different intervals.
