Yes, Shorter Loop provides end-to-end migration assistance. We can take the data dump as CSV or, using API-based integration, take the data from your existing tools.
2. Does Shorter Loop Support Other weight-based prioritization methods, such as customizing the weights other than effort/value, spread intensity, RICE, etc.?
At present, we don't support other customized prioritization, but we are continuously building the products better and faster, and we will include this as an additional development item for our paid customers.
